This is a high quality slider, definitely a step up from a lot of the a cheaper ones I've seen. It's got a unique design with sharp angled lines and a diagonal grooved pattern on the top and bottom. Beyond that it operates the same as other sliders of the same style, two halves held together by magnets, allowing for sliding in any direction. The insides seem to have a non-stick sticker of some kind, helping them slide easily, but they still make a satisfying click, while the magnets give it tactile stopping points. Not sure how durable the interior stickers will be, and I can already see indentations in them, presumably where there's holes or screws underneath, should you ever want to disassemble it. Other than that, this slider stands out from others with a premium look and feel and eye-catching design. While I wouldn't say the edges are sharp, they are straight with corners, so they do have a bit more bite than rounded ones.

I really like this fidget toy...as its probably my favorite fidget toy I have tried in a while, at least in quality. It feels very solid, and is pretty dense. But the bad thing about that is its a little heavier than I would prefer, as I have an energy limiting medical issue so after playing with it for a few mins...I get a bit tired. So if it was like 50% lighter...it would be 5/5 for me. (the listing says it is 4.86 pounds or something...but I knew something that small couldn't possibly be 4 pounds, and it was probably more like 4.86 ounces...which I think it is, but thats still a quarter of a pound...in like a 1 inch by 2 inch slab of metal...so pretty heavy and dense for how small it is.)But again...its very, very fun and enjoyable to use. It reminds me a bit of opening an oreo...as you take both ends and slight it open in a circular motion...its a lot like that...but with magnets. So even more fun. So if you like the sensation of opening Oreo's like that...you will likely love this. and I also really like to use one hand and kind of fidget with it with my thumb and first 2 fingers. You can pretty much rotate it perpetually (before I get tired) as your thumb can seperate the top, while your 1st and second fingers seperate the bototm, with one hold for stability. So sortof like playing with a deck of cards with one hand as well. Very enjoyable...and for someone without a medical issue...likely awesome for a long long time.It also makes a pleasing kind of crunchy/scrunchy noise..as it rotates due to the magnets inside shifting ever so slightly as it moves. and its pleasing how it makes the sound as it moves...and then stops as soon as you stop it and rest it back into its next place. Also when I put it up to my ear...I got a total ASMR experience. So if you like ASMR...you may also love this. Although when just holding it down in my lap it isn't that loud, you need to put it up close to your ears to capture all the tiny little details.Overall...this is a 5 star quality fidget toy, and the only reason I have to give it 4 stars is due to weight, as its a bit heavy and dense for how small it is. So it might also be a litlte difficult for a kid to manipulate it easily as it takes a bit of pressure to move it each time, with decently strong magnets. But for say kids 12ish and up this would likely be fine, and seems really great especially for adults with how cool and sleek it looks as well. Love it.

This is a gorgeous fidget toy. It's well crafted, has a great hand feel, and lots of good textures.For repetitive action and solid sound, it's a winner.The one shortcoming for us was that the internal magnet layout made the fidget options limited (back forth, side side, and that's really it). Yes, you can take the pieces apart, but there is no smooth spinning or turning option -- just back and forth.Super pretty, great to feel -- yes. Distracting for repetitive motion, less so.

It’s loud, not like super loud, but totally loud enough to be heard in a quiet classroom or an office meeting. But sitting at your desk and working quietly alone, it’s definitely a smooth, hefty little sensory tool. it slides comfortably and satisfies that kind of poker chip sliding on poker chip feel.

I've had this little fidget slider for about a month now, and I have to say, it's become a constant companion at my desk. As someone who struggles with anxiety and restlessness, having something to keep my hands occupied has been a game-changer.This metal slider is just the right size to fit comfortably in my palm, and the smooth gliding motion is really satisfying.
