The product was very cheap and flimsey. Came busted in two @ the neck of the guitar

This is not a guitar, rather a toy look-a-like with strings that do not properly tighten or tune. Right out of the box it was just junk.

Do not buy this unless your intention is to smash it. I didn’t expect much seeing as it’s a $20 guitar from china, but I at least expected it to function. It is not possible to tune the strings due to the design of the tuning pegs, the string literally unwinds from the tuning pegs when under tension. The strings also snapped before you can even tune it to the proper notes, not that they would stay that way anyway. I have zero faith the flimsy guitar would even be able to withstand the tension if you could tune all the strings anyway. The only thing this guitar is good for is like a prop or something or to literally just smash it for fun.
