The perfect lock for my home office. I love the 3 in 1 combination. It has a key, fingerprint and keypad. I can put MANY codes. I have received so many compliments, on what a great idea. My office is located out of sight for when we have company so I can just close the door and not worry about my valuables. It was easy to install (ok my husband did that), but it was easy to program, and I love it!

I’ve purchased several different keypad locks and this is the best. It was a lot cheaper, so I didn’t expect much. It’s very reliable. It’s intuitive. Programming was simple. The best feature though, is that EVERYTIME you shut the door, it goes back to locked, without fail. Every other lock I’ve purchased on Amazon, would randomly not auto lock, and that’s a deal breaker. I’ve never had the fingerprint option fail. Also the keypad works just as well. If you happen to somehow let the battery run out, and you don’t have a key, this thing has a place you can attach to a portable battery charger so you’re not left outside. We’ve had it about 3 weeks, used multiple times a day, and even in 10° weather, and it always works. Great purchase. Also, it looks smart too. Doesn’t look cheap at all. It’s also simple to turn and fits easy in your hand, not clunky or awkward. Now that I know it works, I’ll be buying a couple more for other doors. Also, there are reviews saying that any fingerprint will work, even if not programmed in—I have found this to be false. I’ve tried it many times and it will not open unless the actual fingerprint was programmed.

I bought this lock as it was advertised for outdoor use and I needed something for my exterior door. Unfortunately it didn't survive the first time it caught some rain. The fingerprint sensor seems dead already and only the keylock works now. This is very disappointing as I installed the lock very recently and it only got rained on a day ago. Not happy and can't recommend this product.

This door knob is great. I like that the finger pad is on top. The number buttons is a nice size. Was easy to setup. The key opening is easy to get to.So far it works great.

Real slick lock. Works great but at times it’s not locking , super randomly. Trying to see if it’s something we did with setting it up. Very important to set up when you activate the lock with installation

So far so good! Arrived with no damage, was easy to install, I kept losing my room keys I got this lock at great price, mechanism feels smooth, has a lot of settings, my favorite is to use fingerprint, turn off beep, and auto lock timer. I have tested the fingerprint and unless it’s your finger it won’t unlock, even if your hands have water so it’s very safe 100% would recommend, 1 less key I have to carry around and I can give access to family if need be, by the remote pass key.

I installed a fingerprint door lock yesterday. I didn't enter my son's fingerprint, and then he could open it... The fingerprint is useless. Visitors who didn't enter their fingerprints can also open the door with their fingerprints. It's very dangerous.

For the time being, I'm giving this 3 stars. I just received it today and after many attempts to add fingerprints, I chatted with tech support. They suggested the same things that I had tried and confirmed that it needs to be replaced. If the replacement works fine, I'll try to update this to a 4 or 5. I'm giving it 3 stars now because everything else seems to work fine, I added a new user code, changed the master code, performed factory reset and voice navigation all worked. The construction is solid.Update: The new lock arrived today (2 days since return) so good customer service. I had absolutely no problems setting up fingerprints and the lock works perfectly.Just so everyone knows, if the batteries come out, you don't have to reset everything.I've updated this to five stars and chalking up the first issue to a glitch in quality control or a faulty circuit board.
