I purchased this product to use in the exam room. However, I do not have the proper equipment (computer consoles) in the exam room, so it did not work for my needs.The picture was very nice, easy to focus. Wish it would have worked!

This is a four star product but it's misleadingly marketed. This is NOT suitable for veterinary use out of the box - the cones it comes with are designed for humans and are in no way long enough to use on dogs or cats. For veterinary use, you will need to order the metal cones in addition. Nice unit once you do, but it is entirely misleading to sell this as a veterinary unit - and frustrating to purchase something useless to me out of the box.On the other hand, it works well and produces nice images. The software is a bit rudimentary, but gets the job done. The photo button on the unit is a very nice touch, except it's positioned in a spot that's almost as award to hit while holding as just clicking capture on the PC.

I'm a pediatrician . So happy with this product. Used it with older than 1 year without difficulty. Parents love to see their sons eardrum. When they say: yesterday they told me his ear was ok!!! I can show them the otitis in te computer. Works perfect with macbook

It's nice to have this small digital otoscope but the image has frequent interference which ever channel i choose. Not sure that it's worth the money. The non disposable speculae are better than the disposable ones, especially for getting into a cat's ear
