I have a Ford F-350 and whenever I was towing my big boat, the truck springs sagged in the back. But this Air Bag suspension kit took care of all that and the truck also handles much better when towing big trailers. Firestone makes good quality stuff and I've used these before with good results. You need to be at least a weekend mechanic to install these, or hire a mechanic to do it, installation is slightly complicated.

One side deflated on me (my fault for not fully testing seals on hose) and I lost the spacer puck and bolt. Contacted Firestone and the sent me a new puck no charge in just a few days great customer service. As far as the product itself is high quality rubber on the bags themselves and has no problems with over 3k in the bed at 70psi. I have them on a 2024 f250 gas

The kit came and everything looked ok. Some of the powder coating was chipped off but it was minor to me. The parts looked good and as I read the instructions the installation seemed straight forward. I went to install the kit and found the instructions were not so clear. Apparently Ford has started using a bump stop and the lower plate is in the way and extra instructions are not clear on how to proceed. A quick call to the manufacturer, they cleared up everything and said they know the instructions are bad their working on it. Anyway I did away with a support and washer stack flipped a bracket upside down and everything went smooth. Looking for to many trouble free miles.

Contacted Firestone Ride Rite for the correct air bag kit for my 2023 F250 SD 4x4. Told the correct kit is the 2625 kit. According to Amazon this kit Does Not Fit 2023 F250 SD 44x4. Ordered per Firestone. Upon attempting to install per the manual the lower mounting brackets do not fit properly. Contacted Firestone again and was told the manual hasn't been updated but the brackets have been modified for the 2023. Told to turn the lower bracket over and reinstall it to the inside mounting bracket and install with the additional spacers that are in the kit. Well, what do you know, it fit perfectly. Once having that knowledge, it took approximately 2 hours to complete the install. I advise raising the frame approximately 4 inches by jacking up the back of the truck at the tow hitch to make installing the airbags an easier process if one is working on the ground. Happy with the install and Firestones quick response on the installation.

Good quality product as expected. The instructions left something to be desired, included instructions (in the box) were generic and it turns out didn’t apply to my vehicle (2023 Ford F-350 4wd). I hit a point where the unit was not buildable using instructions (I have installed a variety of Firestone air bags on 8 different trucks I’ve owned previously). I looked on Firestone Ride Rite website using their vehicle search which had specific instructions for install on my truck. Reversed everything I had done, inverted a bracket assembly x2 and everything went together as expected. Do not even open the generic instructions, go straight to manufacturers website

UPDATE: The bottom bracket is slotted to account for lateral alignment of the airbags to accommodate a broad range of models over the years. Under load the slot allowed the base of the airbags to slide outward and buckle. Granted the road was rough, but I had reduced to well below the speed limit and it was a US freeway. The failure cut the ABS wheel speed sensors and fortunately did not cut the adjacent brake lines. These are not strong enough for fleet or fifth wheel use over the road.
