We finally opened this advent calendar this past week and our kids love this over all the other advent calendars they've received. It's unique and different vs. being another piece of candy or party favor-type toy. I'm not a fisher but my kids tell me they can use these for their fishing adventures - it's not just a novelty. Highly recommend!

I got this advent calendar for a family friend that enjoys fishing. I am positive that he is going to enjoy opening up each day to find what fishing lure will be hidden behind the door. The quality of the advent calendar seems to be well made and that most of the lures look like they are well made and useful.
