So far (about a month), this paper puncher has worked splendidly. I’m using it mostly to punch out gift tags for my niece’s school gifts (like for Thanksgiving & Christmas). It punches a 2 inch circle with ease with no jamming. I’ve only used light cardstock paper, nothing with glitter or a heavy texture and it works fine. It seems like other reviewers are using heavier paper than the maximum manufacturer suggested weight of 65 lb paper and not getting the results they wanted. Besides that, it’s easy to see where you punch by flipping it upside down, since it has an opaque confetti catcher. Overall, I’m happy with this purchase

Excellent round punch! Cut very well on both thin and thick papers. The circle cut out is crisp and easy. A must buy round punch and in the best price! Where can you find such a big good punch which cost so much lesser than retail price.

The thing broke within ten minutes of using it... it’s like the springs didn’t pop back up so now it is just permanently closed. Such a disappointment.Edit: got a replacement thinking that maybe I just got a bad one. I was wrong! The replacement was worse!!! It didn’t cut at all and was even getting stuck on just itself. I give up... terrible product

I bought this to cut stickers. It works great! I love the clear bottom that easily opens and closes. I use it while it is opened. there is a latch to keep it out of the way.

Bought this to make those paper garlands, then proceeded to punch 800 linear feet of circles in a weekend... It was a CHAMP. However, I think we literally pushed the limits of this bad boy, and it started jamming. I am not that surprised, we punched so so so so so many holes. But, still! Anyway, they replaced it, since we had only had it for 4 days, and the metal was giving out. So that was fabulous. But, if you are going on a hole punching bender like we were, just be aware that it might not make it through 300 sheets of paper, with 25 holes each.Also, I don't know what these other clowns are saying: it punches holes that are exactly 2 inches in diameter

First, this punch isn't 2" -- but I ordered it after reading the reviews, because I needed to make a ton of circle labels just a hair under 1.75" to fit a lid depression. This fit perfectly. It's a shame the product description is so lacking -- the packaging quite clearly states on the back that the circles are 1.73" or 4.4cm. When I measure, I get a little closer to 1.74" and 4.4cm. Unfortunately, you can't see that online, and this product shows up in 2" punch search results.So 5 stars for being a good punch (no hanging bits or rough edges in my shapes, and the shapes don't get stuck in the blades) in the size I needed, and boo to whoever wrote the product description. I marked it down one star because it has this weird trap door contraption on the bottom. It's transparent orange, so you can still see your design through it, but in order to remove your circle, you have to open the door. I suppose this would be handy for punching multiple shapes in quick succession, but it's just annoying to me. It looks like it will come off fairly easily, but I'm not so sure it will go back on, so I'm going to live with it a while longer and see if I grow to appreciate it before I remove it permanently.
