Excellent and very responsive customer service. Helped me through the entire ordering process to make sure the camera will work for my car. But then the item got stuck at customs. And when it seems like it is stuck at customs, they immediately sent a replacement. The camera works great, and looks OEM. It is also extremely easy to access the ssd card and upgrade it to a larger card if desired.

25' Tucson. Wasn't easy to install. Mainly because the Y plug/cable is stiff and bulky. It was hard to get the cover on because of this factor. You had to try to fit it somewhere as best as possible. Also had issues connecting the camera to the app. It took many tries before it connected. Not sure why it kept failing. I also don't like how you have to manually connect your phone to WiFi and open the app every time you want to access the camera. Why doesn't it have an auto connect feature when you open the app?

This product is fully compatible with the 2025 Hyundai Santa Cruz. It is an exceptionally innovative and practical device, truly remarkable in its design, and I have not encountered anything comparable. The dash cam has been functioning effectively thus far. Initially, I was concerned about the lack of auto-dimming features in my vehicle which I thought might not allow the camera to operate, but after reaching out to their helpful and polite customer service, I was informed that they could provide a separate 12-pin cable at no extra charge. Upon receiving the splitter cable, it worked perfectly, and the camera activated as expected. Therefore, despite the product's specifications regarding auto-dimming, it is indeed operable without it if you reach out to their support team. Installation was also simpler than I anticipated, and the device integrates seamlessly with the vehicle's interior. The micro-SD card is conveniently located externally for easy access, and the package included a dual Type A and C USB drive with a port for the micro-SD card, facilitating video uploads to a PC. Although the video quality is advertised as 4K, it does not appear as clear as I had hoped; for instance, license plates are not discernible unless a vehicle is within approximately 15 feet and unobstructed. I also discovered that it is necessary to connect your phone each time to the internal camera network when the camera activates (i.e., when the vehicle starts) to ensure continuous recording. I had turned off my phone mid-drive which I found out later caused the camera to stop recording. The accompanying app is user-friendly, easy to download, and straightforward to navigate. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and consider myself a satisfied customer. I will update my review should anything change.

Edit: had to remove completely. When it stayed turned on, it worked fine. But it kept overheating no matter what I did and would stop recording.Works as advertised.It took a little bit longer for me to install than most people have experienced. Ultimately the only issue I had with installation was the center piece cover doesn't snap flush but it won't pop out unless I want it to.Make sure to turn off VPN when accessing the camera on your phone. The rear camera cable is longer than it needs to be but better too long than too short. Cable management for the rear cam may be a bit of a hassle but it's doable. I may also need to get the anti-glare lense cover.Very pleased. I hope to add pictures later if I can.

I have a 2025 Tucson Hybrid limited. This seems to be made for a flat screen. It couldn't be uncalled to have an equal amount of spacing around the edges. If you start on one side as instructed, it would go over the top by about 1/2 inch on the other side.

Was looking for a good set of dashcam (front + back) for my Hyundai Tucson 2024 and found this one. When I ordered the team got in touch to validate whether or not it fit my car by having me check the part number of the original part in my car. After confirmation about it working (although the part number was different to the one mentioned in the description) I ordered and got it quickly delivered.Installation is super easy, and if you are not confident about hiding the wire for the back camera, you should look for someone who knows how to do it, but it isn't too complicated to do by yourself, even easier if it is only the front camera as you won't need to hide any wires.Video quality is amazing on both cameras, you can clearly read any plates from other vehicles, and the app is super easy to work with. Overall, if you are looking for a good quality dashcam, I fully recommend this one.
