How to safely attach the bands to the board?
Step 1
At the edge of your Pilates board are rectangular cutouts. Place the band through the cutout to form a loop.
Step 2
Take the other end (the handle) and pass it through the loop.
Step 3
Gently pull to make a knot.

Didn’t come with clear directions. Pictures of exercises are small and blurry. The bands are labeled wrong- one red band labeled 50 lbs the other labeled 20. Probably sending this back.

The price has to be a joke. Two wooden plans on wheels and bands are $199?!?! You have full reformers for $100 more. I cannot believe anyone could be so greedy to charge that much.

I bought this reformer as a gift for my wife and she loves it. It is great for at-home pilates. Wood's durability is quite good and sophisticated. It's great to have various resistance bands for customized workouts.

For starters, directions on assembling the bands would have been helpful...took a while to figure out proper way to connect hand/foot grips to the bands without them coming loose.Foot bands totally useless--the velcro doesn't hold, so I can't do leg work at a decent tension.Was hopeful this would be a good supplement to in-person classes. It's not.
