I had a 2021 toyota tacoma, installed this and it works how ever some features does not work, like the auto window up during lock mode only down during unlock, and the sensor might be too low since I did not adjust it it only works near the driver side. But it works, maybe not for my truck model.

This alarm works well, but it is quite expensive. It does everything that it says it will do, but I think for the same price you can purchase an alarm for your vehicle and have it installed. I think buying a car alarm instead of this unit would probably be the most cost-effective way to ensure your vehicle safety.
