Battery Doesn't Work:
Reason: The contact spring and the battery are in poor contact.
Solution: Please use pliers (tweezers) to pull the two connecting pins of the trimmer upwards, so that they will have enough contact force to maintain good contact with the battery.

These batteries don't have the punch of the original ones, and they don't last. I only got 6 months of occasional use before they lost the ability to hold a charge.

They work great the battery’s last as long as the original, they do get a little hot when charging but that is to be expected. Great price would definitely recommend.WAHL Arco

I was skeptical about buying these replacements batteries, but they work surprisingly well. They hold a charge and I groomed both my small dogs without needing to switch to another battery.
