I now have 4 of these of "chlorine tab holder"/floating solar pool lights. There are multiple versions of what appears to be the exact same device, and the price point at this moment is always around $21 - $24 for any vendor's version of this. I have no complaints. All four of mine have been floating on the pool now for over a month with no apparent degradation. The lights themselves are beautiful. They cast a very nice bright illumination on the pool floor, combined with superimposed points of lights scattered in a pattern. With the remote you can change the colors and effects. They last far into the night, possibly until dawn in my backyard (I never stayed up long enough to check). The only thing I would add is a loop so that you can tether them to the pool edge somewhere; they always end up getting pushed around by the wind and clustering all together in one section of the pool.

Fun way to keep the pool water treated. Easy to use. Perfect illumination after dark. Well made, good quality and value. Looks great, works great, size matches the description.

When I threw a midnight swim sesh, I dropped these JJINPEI floating solar lights into the water and instantly lit up the pool like a disco. Each piece changes colors on its own rhythm, so you get flowing hues without grabbing a remote. The IP68 rating means they shrug off splashes, waves, and random cannonballs. After charging in sun for a full afternoon, they glowed for six solid hours—perfect for late-night stories and cannonball contests. Installation is clutch: just place them on the water’s surface and let the solar panel do its thing. No wires or outlets near water to freak you out.I scattered them around the patio edge too, and they turned my backyard into a chill lounge scene. The remote control makes it easy to lock in a static color when you’re vibing or switch to party mode when friends show up. My Instagram story blew up with comments about how next level it looked. If you want pool time to feel like a festival, drop these lights in and watch your space transform.

This floating pool light is awesome! It's solar, so no need to worry about batteries, which is super convenient. It floats around and changes colors, making the pool look so fun and festive. We used it for a party, and everyone loved it. It's also really cool for just chilling in the pool at night. Definitely makes swimming more enjoyable!

While the product description mentions suitability for garden paths and party decorations in addition to pools, the reality is that the kit only includes one basic floating buoy and a single, short plastic stake. There’s no wall-mount bracket or extendable pole option, nor any adhesive or hook for hanging. If you want to position the light on a fence post, tree branch, or pathway edging, you’ll need to engineer your own mounting solution. For a light billed as versatile, this lack of mounting hardware is a frustrating oversight.
