What’s the strap for? Thought it would stabilize the copy holder. It’s not long enough to be of any use. Sending back.

The video of this makes it look like an 8 1/2x11 piece of paper fits on one side, but it is actually half of that size. There is a magnetic tab for closing it. I thought the tab would help it stand up when open, but it does not. The two sides slide and it does not stand up on it's own. I mostly purchased this because I keep losing track of what line I was working on. But if you close it between using it the magnetic strips stick to the opposite side and I lose my spot. Overall I wish I did more research and purchased a different product.

This is exactly what I needed for my x stitch patterns. I have the clipboard but it is but it is too big for my folding table. The magnets are strong so the paper won't slip. I always enlarge the pattern so I can see it perfectly when I am watching TV. Would definitely recommend.

I did keep it because it will work, but it was much smaller than I expected. It will work for smaller projects that I will do but by looking at the picture it looks much bigger than it really is. It might work for a 5 x 7 project but even that would be pushing it.

So helpful keeping track of what row & section being stitched. Magnets hold patterns securely, even when opening/closing.The case props up sturdily on the lap table in the slot where I usually put the tablet. Nice feature. Good size to tote around when traveling, too.

The magnets are strong and the stand was sturdy but didn't stand up.The only problem is the magnets left a black smear across my cross stitch pattern.
