This is a three pack of sparkly retractable lanyards. There are quick-snaps for attaching to a loop, a metal clip for sliding onto your jeans or a pocket and also a snap to attack your ID or RFID tag on each.

I got these to keep my compass and knife on my kit, and initial impressions are good. I've tried the metal wire ones and I like these better.Pros: They're durable enough to keep small items like knives, scissors, etc from getting lost. I pulled it to it's max length and gave it a good tug and felt no give, I tried to pull the nylon cord apart and couldn't get it to stretch. So far, I have no reason to believe they'd fail. The reel action is nice and strong - they'll come back with some force, but not too much to make it hard to use your tools. The clip goes around the entire reel, so it's not a likely failure point. Most cheap gear keepers I've seen break off happened where the clip meets the reel, so this is a good design. If you really want security, the metal string ones are probably heavier duty, but the trade off is weight. The metal string is so heavy coiled up that it's not really worth it for long distance movements.Cons: The stickers on the side are bulky and the logo is kind of in your face. I'm not sure how proud you'd be to rep GOPAL, but the good thing is they peel right off and save you some weight and space. Also, not everything is metal, just the clip, the body of the reel is plastic, and I'm sure the inner components are too. It keeps it light, but I'm not sure how much force it could withstand. At this price point, it's a fine trade off.Overall, they're a good set. Make sure you look at the weight and size before you order, they're probably as small and light as they can be without compromising durability, but they're a little bigger than I expected.

As described and expected. Very smooth action and very acceptable retrieval rate; not too hard or too soft. Very strong cord and strong clip and ring. The clip that hangs the device onto your vest or lanyard operates smoothly and securely.This is a much higher quality "zinger" than many I have purchased off Amazon.The only caveat to my experience is that the size of the device could stand to be reduced, but ONLY if the materials and function are not effected negatively.

When I go fishing, I want to make sure I have everything at my fingertips so I'm ready for the fish to bite. In particular, I strive for a successful trip by knowing exactly where all my tools are and attach them to my fishing vest.These retractable lanyards are super easy to use and very handy. Attaching one end of the lanyard to the fishing vest and the other end of the lanyard on tools like scissors, pliers and even nippers. Once connected the lanyard stretches and retracts to use the tools as needed. Overall, these work very well with small and lightweight items. I really like how you can be assured that you won't drop your fishing tools into the stream as the lanyard is strong. The hooks on the lanyard are very tight so it won't pop off or break while you are out fishing. The only minor thing is that I felt the price point was a little high compared to the quality of the lanyards. Overall, I would definitely recommend these retractable lanyards to anyone looking to keep their fishing gear handy when enjoying a day at the lake.

I bought these to use specifically for fishing, but they could be used for other stuff as well. I use them to attach frequently used items like small scissors to my fishing pack so they're always out and accessible for cutting braid and line. The tension seems good. The cord comes out about 2.5 feet, and is made of a braided nylon material. We'll see how long it lasts. The main body is made of a combination of plastic and metal and the carabiner portion is metal. You get two connection options at the small end, a regular split ring and a carabiner like clip. The main body can be attached to things like a D-ring via the carabiner clip. They also clip nicely onto a belt loop. The spring on the main body carabiner clip is definitely stiff, so it's not going anywhere once hooked onto something, but it can be difficult to depress to get it open. Price seems reasonable. I will likely buy some more of these as they have a lot of uses. Recommended.

These keepers / retrievers for keys or IDs are very well made and extremely functional. They also work great attaching forceps to your fishing vest. Very rugged, easy to use and maintain and reasonably priced!

Great little badge reels. I keep one at the office as a backup and the other two went into my fishing gear to hold line snippers with.
