Smooth gliding and comfortable design make workouts enjoyable.

Out of the box, I wasn't as impressed as I thought I'd be with the base. It's essentially just a folded up piece of solid plastic with a 2 rails going through it, but mine came pretty scuffed up in places. Not sure if it was all the loose pieces or what, but it was pretty obvious under the right lighting. Fortunately, the base is rather heavy and the myriad of foam pads on the bottom protect my hardwood floor from scratches. The problem is that they're not super sticky, so it still slides a bit if I do planks with my knees on the foam mat.Speaking of, that knee mat is amazingly thick so it does a great job at protecting the knees; but out of the box it came covered in a strange dusty powder that I had to wash off with a brush. Probably just a preservative. The little computer that you get with the station is also something you'd find off of an exercise bike from the 1980s. Certainly not as useful as a modern smartwatch, although it does come with a battery so at least that's something.Easily the best thing about the station are the rolling handles that are held to the base by excellent resistance bands. They roll rather smooth and the resistance follows a proper force curve, pulling back well after they've been stretched. The foam elbow pads are stiff but comfortable and the handles are metallic but hollow, albeit with rather short foam handles. They even lock together for carrying around and storage with is a massive plus. No problems there.The biggest letdown were the plastic end handles and the workout bands. The build is just really cheap and the elastics themselves not only don't provide a great deal of resistance, but also lack elasticity. A lot of it has to do with the rubber material; and since it's so thin, their capacity to store potential energy is incredibly limited. So they just feel a bit weak. Of course, that could be a plus if you're just starting out; but for someone who's been weight training for any amount of time, they might even hinder progress. Especially since you need to be standing on the base in order to use them, so the angles are also limited. Never mind that the way they plug into the base is a bit suspect. They really should've included some sort of a lock to prevent the anchors from turning and popping out by accident.Overall, I honestly can't say that it's a great set. All the plastic just makes it feel a bit cheap - and some of the parts certainly are. The foam handles are clearly meant for smaller hands and the little computer is a piece of obsolete tech. The roller pads do work well though, and it can be fun doing prone crunches if you don't accidentally pull out the end handles (which happened to me once). Unfortunately the resistance bands are quite weak and you don't get a storage pouch for any of the accessories when it's time put everything away or carry it around. So all in all, it's really just a mediocre set. I'm sure you can find something better out there. Three stars from me.

I bought this for my wife, and she loved it. The materials feel strong and durable, so I believe it will last a long time. It’s solid and well-built, perfect for regular use. The sleek design isn’t just nice to look at—it also makes it easy to store in small spaces like under the bed, which is great for my small living space. One of the best parts is the automatic rebound feature. It works smoothly and makes workouts easy and efficient.

At best a $30 piece of equipment. If you’re spending this amount of money on a board, go with a different one. I assumed because of the price it would work well. The board does not lock into place which causes it to catch every time you use it. It does not glide even remotely well. The instructions provided do not even show the same parts that are provided. After looking through review pictures to determine if there was something I was missing for it to glide smooth, all of the positive reviews that had a picture were completely different boards. Then one I received looks the same as the listing but clearly the positive reviews were not for the one they have listed now.
