I can't see why the screws have to be so small. Eye glass tools is what you need to use.

Thrilled. I found this on Amazon. Highly recommend. Shipped fast and a cinch to change out. Have an old RCA boombox that I broke the antenna many moons ago and radio stations just won’t come in properly since. Looked everywhere but couldn’t ever find another antenna for it until now. I took out my old antenna to make sure it was the proper fit before ordering as suggested.New one fits just fine and no problems installing. Only issue I have is every once and a while my radio will suddenly ‘pop’, the station goes out and then comes back. Not sure if it’s the antenna or my radio but I know it wasn’t doing that before. A minor problem to deal with since I have my radio stations back 😁! Thanks!

Had a broken antenna, order came in with two antennas. I can hear clearly now the static is gone.

30 year old RCA boombox. You never know if these things have a “standard” size but this replacement was perfect and installed in 2 minutes with a single Phillips screw. Old screw must be used as this antenna doesn’t include a new one.

We have kept this radio in its box on a shelf for years. It’s battery operated for storm use with loss of power. First time out broke the antenna. Very happy to have located a replacement, good as new.

It worked well for my education made it fit a JVC Kaboom box. For those of you wanting to know if it'll fit Straight Out of the Box no you have to take the swinging arm off your old antenna with a screw and take the arm and put it on the new one it works because I did it now the Boombox works perfectly don't forget the little metal washer in the middle of the antenna from your old boombox that's what holds the tension up or down side to side
