The metal is heavy and they hold their shape very well. The spot welds are solid with good penetration and I'm certain that they will last. The tampers are just as well built, with an easy to grip handle. Also the set comes with a heavy tweezers for garnish placement that are a good size (about 7 inches-I didn't have a ruler) and easy to use.One piece had a metal burr that I didn't notice until I was washing them and got a small cut. I then inspected the others and they were all fine. The burr was very easy to deal with, so still 5 stars since these are built very well, especially compared to my previous set.

This can be used for small dinner parties if you like to decorate and create nice presentations.Or larger decorations for a buffet.You can use these rings to mold items and freeze for later use or as a guide with cake collars.The SS ring is thin but solid with no visible welds, or seams.The pusher would be good to compact even layers of products.Use as a Mousse cake, Poke and Rice, Tiramisu, or any vertical presentation.I suggest that you pair this with clear 2"-3" cake collars cut to size to line the collar and a cardboard base for serving and transport.

This set of 4 stainless steel round ring molds is useful for baking and stacking foods, making for a nice presentation. They work well for shaping dishes like pastries, pancakes, or plated meals.However, the metal is a bit delicate and the edges are somewhat sharp, so handling them with care is important. If used properly, they get the job done. Overall, an OK set for those who want to improve food presentation but might not be the most durable option.

The cake ring molds are made of high-quality stainless steel which is rust-resistant, sturdy, easy to use, and easy to clean. The 3.15" diameter ring molds are ideal size for individual portions. The usage is versatile as I can use the ring as cookie cutter, and it comes with pusher plate that help easily create delicate desserts such as cheesecakes, mousse, and layer cakes. Various applications for it and my creativity is the limitation for its usage. It comes with an 8" plating tweezers that is nice... better than using my fingers for plating. Love this molds set.

These are great quality ring molds, the metal is slightly flexible, but not easily deformed. I really like that this set comes with the long tweezers, perfect for adding little details to desserts. The ring molds are quite versatile, good for cakes or also for pancakes and eggs in the pan.
