Product Description

40% More Airflow in you RV, Less Noise! Enjoy you camping experience and get the comfort you and your family deserve!

Enhance your RV Air conditioner 40% more air! Less noise, less energy, more airflow, more cooling!

What is the RV Airflow System

Improve the performance of your RV air conditioner! The RV Airflow is a patent-pending module that installs into the plenum, the space between the bottom of your air-conditioning unit and the cover plate, that captures 100% of the air directing it smoothy into your RV's existing duct work, increasing airflow by an average of 40%. The module is a non-electrical, non-mechanical device that removes air friction and turbulence, allowing your roof mounted air-conditioner to operate at is designed capacity.

RV Airflow Benefits

By increasing airflow across the air-conditioning unit’s evaporative coil, RV Airflow virtually eliminates the potential of evaporator freeze ups. Another benefit of an RV Airflow System is that the reduction of air friction may extend the life of your A/C components, including reducing the load on the compressor, blower motor and other electrical components. RV Airflow may also reduce compressor cycle times so that the A/C unit doesn’t have to work as hard. This can result in lower electrical consumption by your air conditioner. The air conditioner will also remove much more moisture from the rig in high humidity climates. The reduction of air turbulence may also assist in decreasing noise while running your air-conditioner.

Made in the USA

100% locally sourced, manufactured, and assemble right here in the heartland of RV manufacturing. Composed of high-density 3-pound extended polystyrene (EPS). The module is light-weight and won’t increase the load on your RV. RV Airflow is a solution that not only makes sense for your level of comfort, but it is also a smart way to maintain the life of your air conditioner and its components. We have an RV so that you can enjoy the great outdoors, right? Wrong! You have an RV because you relish some creature comforts while you’re there. Cooling down your rig after a long day of activity is vital. That’s where RV Airflow Systems comes to the rescue!

RV Airflow Systems may also quiet down your air-conditioning unit, so there’s no need to either blast the TV or turn off the air so that you can hear the sound. RV Airflow Systems fits into your existing air flow architecture to increase air volume, boost efficiency and enables the reduction of temperature in a shorter amount of time.* RV Airflow Systems unique, proprietary design balances air flow throughout your RV, equalizing the temperature.** No more hot or cold spots!

Easy to install!

That this product false advertising. It fits my domestic penguin.ii .But that’s all the go by is your ac unit Brand and not the fact if your ac vents run from front to back in one channel that it won’t work . So I’m stuck with a 170 worthless ac duct system 😡😡😡😡😡

What a difference! Air volume and movement was vastly improved. I am able to use the 13,500 btu ac with the airflow system instead of the 15,000 btu unit to cool my 5th wheel. I should have done this sooner. Installation was a little work but not bad. Just spend some time reading the instructions and watching a video or two and you’ll be good. Well worth the money.

Was very expnsive for what you get. Had to make modifications to get it to fit right. Craftsmanship was a little (Quality control) on the poor side. Gaps in the glue joints . Needed to tape it to close the open joints.

I cannot say enough about this product. We only have one AC on our Fifth Wheel and after installing we do not need a second unit. It’s so amazing how well this works and in fact all RVs should have this installed and then there is no longer a need or expense for a second a/c unit. I’m so thankful that we bought it.

I would like to start by saying this system is not designed to fit ductless ac units , we purchased one without knowing this , but the customer service was extraordinary, the item was non refundable but once the situation was explained customer service was right there willing to help in any way they could . They refunded the item and understood that we had modified the item to try and make it fit , make sure you have a ducted ac and this will work wonders for your ac in your rv !

Bought this product recently and it works great!! Definitely a must if your full timing or just don’t want to swelter in your rig in the summer months. The RV Airflow increased our airflow substantially.I can’t say enough about the friendly/helpful staff. I inadvertently ordered the wrong kit that wasn’t compatible with our AC unit. The staff guided me on how to take measurements and had the correct unit in my in a few days. It’s the kind of customer service that is very scarce in today’s business world.
