This product is very sturdy and easy to install on my 2019 F150. The installation instructions included are not very clear but a utube video made it clear. Getting in and out of the bed of my truck is much easier with this step. I recommend this step.

Overall, this is a nice step assembly at a reasonable price.Pros:- large and robust step-pad- good fit and quick installation for a 2020 Ford F150- metal bracket is powder coated.... only had a few chips that required touch-up with paint- easy to deploy with one foot... although you must push down at a specific area- great alignment on all bolt holes in mounting bracket and retractable arm; all holes were properly threadedCons:-step-pad was slightly warped at the mounting location, but I was able to get a flush assembly by applying extra force when tightening bolts- three mounting nuts are pre-installed in the step-pad, but not in best positions for a 2020 F150; these nuts cannot be removed (without damaging step-pad), so I spent an extra $25 total for packages of 1/4-20 weld nuts and cap bolts --- could not find them locally or in small quantities. The seller provides M6 cap bolts, but I could not find M6 weld nuts with a short delivery time.- would have been nice to have some slotted holes for bolts, so that fine-tuning would be possible on the step-pad orientation- terrible instructions..... mostly pictures; minimal words.... thankfully YouTube has detailed videos on installation of similar items
