I think the product is great, I have not had any issues and received several compliments on the quality of the radio and how its look has enhanced my vehicle.

I knew from previous comments I might have trouble with this and I most certainly did. Instructions are horrible. Support is very slow as one must email and wait days for a reply only to find out the answer to the question had nothing to do with the question. Obviously there is a language and geographic barrier to getting a good reply. I have a 2013 F150 and the backup camera does not work with this despite what any of the description tells you. Screen quality is more cartoonish than quality looking. The screen housing is very nice and blends well with the interior. The HVAC controls are clunky and don't match the real factory system. I actually despised how awful the HVAC controls are. I tried to change them to get the correct version to match the Truck, Single Manual controls. It always showed dual controls. Support doesn't tell you what you need to make the backup camera work. Factory rearview mirror gets disabled in the installation process so you get no backup camera when you install this. Connecting it was easy although you have to use some deduction skills to figure part of it out. Sound quality was nothing to brag about. The built in EQ just doesn't get the sound right. After countless hours trying to get all the bugs worked out, I couldn't and support didn't help fully and only replied to me once. I had to return this and put my truck radio back to stock. Stock 4 inch screen made me very happy after that experience. I'm sur someone will be okay with a partially functioning head unit.

Shows where the item has an area to mount the item but this one just doesn't have them ac will not work now at all GPS works kind of lagy quality overall is nice fits well connectivity is very slow but it's sounds great planning to return it due to the ac system will not work at all now even after trouble shooting and having a local audio shop try to get the display to work

This was easy to install. Huge upgrade to my info-taiment system. Beautiful display screen. Controls intuitive. Steering wheel function work. (Must use their aftermarket mic)

I'm leaving this 5 star review is exactly as advertised and the company has excellent customer service.i did the installation myself using instructions..it took me 4 hours.Big improvement in the look of my truck.Love this.The sound and quality is better than expected

Was hesitant to buy because it’s obviously made and sold in/from China and sometimes that’s pretty hit and miss on quality. This won’t disappoint though. My 2014 F150 feels like a new high end truck. Granted I did a few other upgrades including katzkins leather and a lift kit, but this unit makes it really feel like a much higher trim and much newer truck. Highly recommend. It was simple plug and play. I did it myself in about an hour. Phone connected immediately and after one hiccup, where I needed an update (great customer service) it’s worked flawlessly. It’s not cheap but if it had a name brand on it, it would probably cost 3 times this. If it fits your truck, it’s worth every penny.

I bought this in dash GPS for a 2014 F150 because of the reviews direction they give are no help I paid to have it installed by a local stereo shop .I have email then with problems like getting only 3 stations and the knob that tunes in station just jumps around they do email you back with a bunch of B/S did you check this That .I asked for them to send me a replacement just the screen and that when Commnications ended >I think the reviews they post are for people that work there because they sure don't answer any questions, They just blow you off knowing that the item is defective and hope the warranty runs out There`s no AM Station
