This screens are faulty. Colors are very different from original apple screen and the screen has white spots once on.

The screen have a big chin almost 5mm compared to my previous screen less than 3mm the screen also rises temperature while using it i don’t recommend buying to this seller

Watched a video several times over 3 weeks before I had courage to do the install. Handy to have some of the tools included in the kit. Especially screwdrivers, plastic lifter and tweezers. (Other tools needed included razor blade, isopropyl alcohol, I used qtip since I did not have a small narrow brush, and I drew on paper towel where the screws and shields came out so everything could be replaced correctly). Even so, the task took me 2.5 hours. Much of the time was removing the old seal.Only draw back is iPhone settings don’t like non apple display - so unless I can figure out how to over-ride that - phone will tell me I have an “unknown part”. I can live with that!Update, display glitch with sensitivity, re-entering my pass code seems to corrects it.

The screen does not fit flush with the phone as the original did which is frustrating. More so, the phone now overheats when watching videos and my battery drains significantly faster. I can’t verify that the screen is causing the battery to drain but with the overheating issue and the fact that this only recently started happening, one can only assume the correlation. Would not recommend.

That’s literally all that matters. Yes, it’s not the best screen in the world. The resolution is inferior. It is pixelated. It is blurry. The color rendition is not great. The refresh rate can be a little bit wonky and the colors are washed out, but at the end of the day for 30 something dollars you can’t beat it Save my ass when I really need it.So if you’re looking for something that is very high-quality, just go to Apple and spend a couple hundred dollars on a brand new screen. I am just thankful that this is an option and it’s very affordable.UpdateAfter a month or two of use it becomes unresponsive and you have to turn the screen off and back on unlock/lock to get it to be responsive again. It is very annoying and hurts the usability of the screen. Other than that if it were to not happen I would be more than happy to give a 5
