I couldn’t get my back lash perfect at .010 because of the lack of thin shims. I chased it around between .013 and .0085 for an hour or so before I ordered the Motive Gear kit. The Motive Gear kit allowed me to drop it in right at .010 the first time since I had the measurements worked out on paper.
