Works great and easy to install. It would of been nice if it came with a cylinder too but thats ok. I think I will order another one just to have on standby. Also if you plan on installing it outside like me, open it up and grease it up more. Apply grease every few months. It will last longer.

Pictures clearly show that it includes a door handle for the other side of the door but none is included...bought 3 so now i'm returning them as i cant use them...big waste of time...very disappointing

Product was very easy to install. The directions were clear and all the parts needed were included as expected. First impressions are that the product is well built and sturdy and I see no reason that it shouldn't hold up well to continued use. Highly recommend - works as expected, well built, and good value.

Received my panic bar very quickly, to which my husband absolutely loves it! He installed it on a door within his work garage and loves that when he has hinds hands full, he can easily get in and out of the garage without hassle. I would highly recommend this!
