I bought these to replace old hanging cutting boards that I had. My husband put holes in the tops to hang which was no big deal. They're a nice size and can go in the dishwasher but I find it annoying that they do slide when being used and the imprints to indicate what item they're used for (chicken, vegetables etc.) are washing off.

These cutting mats are really nice. They are quite sturdy, have a nonslip back and are of a good size. They are much better than others I have tried. We use these for slicing bread, and they are truly perfect for that! Seldom do you receive an item that surpasses your expectations, but this product did! Goody buy!

So convenient. Easy to store away and they’re dish washer safe. Just stand them up in the rack along the side of the dishwasher and you have a clean sterile cutting surface. Better than using a cutting board.

Thin but durable. Very nice. In case you forget which color is intended for which use, they have little pictures in the corner to remind you which is a nice touch.

So pleased with these cutting boards for different food items. Great addition to the kitchen and wanted something easy to put in the dishwasher instead of wooden chopping boards getting stained and hard to wash. They are relatively thin and only reason I put 4 stars is that they are quite expensive but overall pleased with them and they should last a very long time as can't see how they can wear just with the design of them.

For me, these replace thinner plastic cutting boards that I've been using for years. The differences are that these are little thicker than my old ones, and that only one side is intended for cutting. My old boards were smooth on both sides. The non cutting side on these boards is intended to provide some grip but they are just about as slippery as the old ones on a smooth surface. The surface does accumulate fine knife marks but that's expected. I find them easy to wash by hand in the sink. I don't know if they're dishwasher safe but I would doubt it.These boards are great to cut up a small amount of food. I may, for instance, use the board to cut up some onion and some mushrooms for an omelet and brush them right off the board into the frying pan or perhaps to assemble a couple sandwichs. I find these light plastic boards really handy for stuff like that and also for camping. If I have some major slicing and dicing to do, I pull out my big cutting board, but for small stuff these are all I need. I give 4 stars rather than 5 because the slip-proof side really isn't very effective. I've only been using them for a few weeks so I can't say how well they'll hold up over time.
