sensing bulb is exactly like the original one, and not like the 'coil' in the picture.... thats a good thing

If you are looking at this item it is not because you are thinking. "hmm, should I buy an expansion valve or an iPad". That said, if you are doing any major service on your A/C, it is well worth replacing the expansion valve. Price here on Amazon was best I found.
