My son spied the ones I had (with wood handles) and said they'd work great for his pulled pork so I bought him this pair of easy care lifters and he loves them. Makes me happy :)!

These were a gift to my son-in-law; They were just what I wanted. They are sturdy but lightweight. I'm not sure I'd use them for a heavy turkey.

I bought 2 sets of these forks. One for us and one as a gift to my brother. We all got smokers for christmas this year. Its functional but a bit on the "thin" side therefore 4 stars!
