Fits great. You can also use on other 49mm lenses. I tried on a full frame lens and I get distortion at the edges (which I expected). Its a good design where you have the macro on, and then the wide angle goes on top of that. This adds the functionality of the macro too. Just make sure you screw the lens adapters on tight.Build is also fine.No lens hood.Functionally adds a wide and macro capability.

I am new to Fujifilm so I am still testing out different gear and how I want to use it with the X100VI. This was a tempting offering from Freewell, especially when you consider how expensive Fuji's own WCL is.I will say that everything here feels well built, and I appreciate that they included a lens cap for the wide lens. I tried to add some shots comparing the lens with and without the Freewell. Hard to tell on the wide angle as I did not have a tripod with me so I had to attempt to hold the camera in the same position. But, you definitely get a wider view, and it helps that you can select wide lens teleconverter in your camera settings so it knows to make the correction. Image seemed to have the same amount of clarity / sharpness. That and the Macro are very easy to install, and when not in use they bundle away nicely. The Macro can be difficult to get focus, but when you do, you can see from my pic how much closer you can get.The full kit does add noticeable weight to the front of the camera. Not a whole lot, but you will notice it is balanced differently. It is more forward heavy, if that makes sense. Ultimately, I am in the camp that thinks the teleconverters are antithetical to why you buy cameras like the X100VI, but I can see myself bringing this with me when I want to shoot more landscape stuff, or on the off occasion that I want to do some macro shooting. Not in everyday use, but there if I need it. All in all, a good addition to your kit!
I review therefore I am!!

This Freewell branded 2-in-1 lens for the Fuji X100VI really stands out for its solid build quality. it feels sturdy and well-made, not flimsy at all. The wide-angle function is great for travel and street photography, and I like how easy it is to switch between lenses with the included adapter ring. It’s compact and lightweight, so it doesn’t weigh down your camera bag. However, the macro performance is a bit hit or miss. Sometimes you can get a nice, detailed close-up, but other times the results aren’t as sharp as you’d hope. It’s decent for casual shots, but if you’re really into macro photography, you might find it a little underwhelming. Overall, it’s a handy and versatile accessory, especially if you value good construction and want something easy to carry around.

I bought this for its macro lens. It's excellent. I'm sure the wide angle lens will do the job as well as soon as I can find somewhere where I can't get far enough away from with my regular lens

All tests were on the x100f with its 24Mpix sensor, so not the newest 40Mpix sensor.I like the 28-35mm range of focal lengths most. I have the WCL-X70 for my x100f, it converts the focal length to around 25mm (ff eq.). However I've always wanted the 28-29mm conversion lens (WCL-X100), but couldn't find it anywhere. Almost accidentally I stumbled upon Freewell's 2 conversion lenses and decided to give them a shot (the Fuji wcl is pricier than Freewells both lenses). The WCL lens is very good. Quite sharp and light and unobtrusive. The converted focal length matches 28mm (compared it with my Sony 28mm f2), so It's my new travel favorite. The TCL lens is not that sharp, but still good enough.Pros:- sharp enough- unobtrusive- budget-friendly compared to Fuji's conversion lenses- the macro ability might be useful (not my style but good to have)Cons:- no magnets so you have to set the conversion lens manually in camera (not a big deal, takes 5 seconds).- the screw/thread convertor could use a cap too (so that i can leave it always attached to the conversion lens)- TCL could be sharper but it's still usable
