Complete unworking garbage. Original would not charge so Amazon sent a replacement....which does not charge either. Now I'm out time and gas having to drive 10 miles to drop off returns.

Update: I have continued to use this deodorizer in my fridge and it really has been working! I had purchased deli meats that had a distinct pungent odor (buffalo chicken) and was overpowering my fridge. I put this deodorizer in the the drawer with the meats and within hours it neutralized the odors. I had to recharge the device only once a month, so it does last for quite a while.For years I have been keeping a box of baking soda in my refrigerator to help minimize odors. I've seen videos of people using automatic deodorizers in their kitchens to help with freshness and air purification. When I saw this item offered, I thought I'd give it a try to see if it made a difference. Honestly, I'm not sure if it has helped. It arrived with a charging cable and directions for use. It was easy to charge and has an indicator light to aid with use. It apparently creates ozone as a means to eliminate odors in small spaces. I have no idea if it actually does this, so let's assume it does. My refrigerator smells neutral after using it. I haven't been storing any particularly strong smelling items in it, so I'm not certain that this unit has helped. It's been in use for about three weeks. I do not know enough about ozone and how effective it is in neutralizing odors, but I did feel a bit concerned when reading the directions advising to not use this unit in the open. Also, the directions advise against using the unit in the freezer. After a bit of google research regarding the use of ozone generators in the home, I can't decide if this unit is worth the benefits of it. It's a very small unit, so my guess is that it only emits a small amount of ozone. I have not had any negative effects from using it, so for now I will continue to use it.

This is cool (pun), but be moderately cautious while using any ozone generator like this. Do not use it in enclosed spaces around living things, as an excess of ozone can cause Various Bad Things. This is a small ozone generator but one should always try not to die.Okay, on to it. I am extremely sensitive to fridge odors - ever since growing up with a slovenly family who liked stinky foods. As a responsible adult, I had been using baking soda and usually not replacing it, as is custom. I wanted better.I ordered this O3 generator to give it a go, figuring it'd be nice to forget to charge something for a change. I charged it up to full and put it on TURBO MODE.(Turbo mode basically generates ozone continuously for your initial cleaning; standard mode puts a bit out every now and again for maintenance. The battery life is much longer on standard mode.)It went for a couple days. It took a while before I noticed any difference at all, but by the second day I noticed a near complete absence of unwanted odors. WAY better than baking soda ever did and baking soda never worked very well for me if it got "overwhelmed" with odor.Again, since this generates ozone be cautious when using it! Don't use it in an enclosed space with living things (for example, don't turn it on in your car with you inside) or you're going to have a bad time.

I saw this on amazon and needed to give it a try since I was tried of the weird smell in my fridge. This device is very small and compact. The device comes with a short usb-c charging cable, but not the wall plug. Instructions were provided but was not too informative. Item is made in China and comes in a small white box.You will need to charge this device before first use. There is a small red LED that shows charging status. It is suppose to disappear when it is fully charged. After charging, you press the power button once to activate the normal mode (will show green led) or two for “turbo” mode (will show blue led). The unit will blink red led when power is low. Instructions stated that the unit will last up to 45 days on normal mode. The unit is not meant for the freeze.When the unit is turned on, you can smell a hint of ozone. It doesn’t have any moving parts, so it is very silent. I just put the unit in my fridge last night, so I will update this review at a later date if I notice improvements to my fridge’s smell.Thank you for reading my review, I hope you found it helpful.

I didn’t realize when I ordered this, that it is an ozone generator. The listing says O3, and I didn’t immediately realize that O3 stands for ozone (i.e., the main component of smog).So basically, I was really surprised, thinking this was just a standard air purifier, as I was reading the instructions. The instructions say to keep people and pets away from this product, and not to breath near it while it is working, and to only use in closed spaces like a refrigerator. That’s when I realized that something was not normal about this air purifier. Then I noticed the small print saying that this product works by converting oxygen into ozone. I’m not really comfortable with that, because ozone can cause health risks, especially if you are in a health group that is especially vulnerable to pollutants, such as children, elderly, or if you suffer from asthma.I tried using this product in one of my fridges to cut down on odors when I had a large pizza in the fridge, and it works fine to mask the smell of the pizza. It is battery powered, and includes a built-in battery that you can charge with a USB/C cable. It also has a turbo mode (high ozone generation) and standard ozone mode (standard ozone generation). It makes a high pitched buzzing noise when it is one, but it’s not very loud so you have to be near to the device to hear it.In summary, while the product works fine at masking unpleasant odors in the fridge, such as from a pizza box, I’m not entirely comfortable using this product considering it operates by generating a sufficiently level of ozone for the product instructions to state that you need to keep people and pets away from this product.
