UPDATED REVIEW 4-3-25: Several more days of driving and the squeaking came back. I replaced the upper mounts and the loud squeaking is gone completely. I think the upper mounts were defective or had a poor design. I have now downgraded my review to 1 star. New strut assemblies should go through quality control before they are sold. Fortunately I have the tools and skill to install new mounts. FYI: DO NOT TRY TO DO THIS YOURSELF IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE, BECAUSE THE COIL SPRINGS ARE EXTREMELY DANGEROUS.UPDATE 3-30-25: The strut assemblies developed a very annoying squeak after about a week of driving. It took me a while to figure out where the noise was coming from because I had recently installed new ball joints, tie rod ends, sway bar links, and wheel hub bearing assemblies. I really didn't think it would be the strut assemblies causing the problem but I was wrong. I removed the strut assemblies and compared them to the old ones that I still had. I noticed the upper mount on the old struts moved freely when turned by hand. I couldn't turn the upper mount on the new struts at all by hand. I wonder if this issue is from poor workmanship or quality. Only after compressing the coil springs on the strut with spring compressors, was I able to rotate the upper mount. The mounts did not move as freely as the old mounts. The upper mounts squeaked as I rotated them. I sprayed some silicone lubricant on them, and that helped a bit to lessen the squeaking and made it slightly easier to rotate. After I re-installed the strut assemblies, I re-torqued the three top mount bolts and the shock absorber bolt (the one in the middle of the three mount bolts). Test drove and no more annoying squeaks. I need to drive around more to see if the squeaking noise will come back. I will update this review if it does. I have downgraded my original review from 5 stars to 3 stars.ORIGINAL REVIEW: These strut assemblies are high quality and a good value for the money. They were easy to install and fit perfectly on my 2006 Toyota Rav4. This was my first time I had ever replaced struts/shocks on any vehicle and it surprised me how easy it was. The sway bar links were also very easy to install. The ride quality is great. I am very happy with this purchase.

Put these on my car 5 months ago and they started making a bad noise over small bumps after a month or so. should of bought OEM.

As described they were machined to specs and fit and work beautifully. They seem even better than the originals I had on. Any difficulty I might have had while installing them (a couple of bolts would not break free on the old sway bar links) was due to my own lack of mechanical expertise. Once I had the old parts removed...the installation was a piece of cake.
