I had to do two injectors on a M278 engine (CLS550) not too long ago. However, you'll probably pull the whole row of injectors out. At that point you'll need to replace the teflon seals at the bottom if you want to guarantee a good seal. This kit comes with the puller, the spreader for the seal and the compression sleeve and that's really all that's needed.
