I used this to replace the original gas cap on my 2010 Lexus RX350. It fit and worked as intended.

( edited in january 2025) [the lanyard pops off everytime you twist the gas cap off. Its been doing it ever since it got cold so i wouldnt recommend it if you are just buying it for that tether to hold it to the gas door like i did.]Bought this after ny girlfriend forgot to put her gas cap back on. Her old lanyard broke cause It never had one since we bought it and all her warning lights came on while she was driving her 2007 fj cruiser. So I ordered this and a day or 2 later it came and the lanyard connects to the gas door perfectly so she won't lose it again

Works great, no issues yet. I was actually able to fill up the tank of my '10 FJC without the pump clicking off every 5 seconds like it has been for a year. Also cleared my lean condition codes and PO420. No leaks, fits perfectly, durable construction, great price.

Came with the wire so you don't lose it and it stays attached. Bought it to replace one on a chrysler 200 and gas cap light immediately shut off
