Unit is snug but is efficient at heating smaller space. Unit gets no where near the advertised 69C, even when in a room that is at 19C, could only get to 52C.

This is a great product for a budget friendly infrared sauna. The assembly is very easy to do by oneself - just pay attention to the placement of cord locations. We have used it several times in the last few weeks since purchase and are pleased by the temperatures it can get it.

(Review placed about a year after purchase) My box was missing the two 4-end plastic adapter pieces for the frame (a pair of 90⁰ angle ends, and a pair of 180⁰ angle ends all in one piece) There were also some extra 180⁰ pieces. I'm guessing that by now, they have corrected that issue. Once I fabricated replacements for the missing pieces, the set-up was smooth, and the sauna works well. I recommend getting your own thermometer to compare the reading on the handset.

My wife and I have used it everyday so far. We even took it on a trip to a hotel. I've got to where I can bust it out and break it back down in about 5 minutes. It gets hot twice as fast when ya put a extra cotton blanket over the top of it. Feeling great. Added this to our daily ice bath.

I bought this and I was so skeptical, I totally thought I would be returning it but I love it! The instructions aren’t great but you can manage through it and you don’t need 2 people. Make sure that you position the heating sheets correctly so the plug is next to the heating plate. I would say that’s the most important piece to remember or you will be pulling everything apart to turn it around. Yup! Happen too me! Lol the only negative I can say is it takes a very long time to get to 60 and sometimes it doesn’t get there, it stays between 52 & 53, but honestly I’m dripping sweat like crazy at 52, so not really a deal breaker. This is totally worth it! 🙌🙌🙌🙌

Product did not even heat to145 degrees furthermore it only reached 45C (max setting is 60C which i believe translates to 145F) which is 111.5 or something like that. I am in the middle east at the moment and I must say I can get a better sweat from just being outside in the hot sun. Very disappointing. I took this picture after I restarted the timer because I wanted to give it a fair evaluation. So I let it run for 1.5 hours. Then opend it sat in it and was hoping the temperature would go higher but nope. Foot pad is actually not bad. That I liked very much.

Buy this sauna. I spent yrs trying & studying saunas. This great home use infrared sauna is just as described! Heats up quickly,evenly,does not make one sick from the heat. Great light to read by,remote control easy to use,foot pad! It is helping me detox & feel better. Chair that comes with it is sturdy yet small & basic,no cushion..Ihad to add a cushion. Detoxing,loosing wt.,feeling better! We all need to detox easily..Buy this sauna. Will need room in your house,office,shed or basement for it. Comes with nice light, window to see out..I sit in & read. Easy to figure out. Cools off quickly after use. It has not made my space hot,nor has it increased my electric bill. Thank you seller for your honesty, a good product in my price range. I hope it lasts me a long time
