Son loves the chair. However there are 2 support rods about shoulder blade high inside the chair that are soldered/welded to the frame that break off pretty easy. We bought this for Christmas 24 and both have broken already.

I bought two of these and they both failed in their own ways. One had a failed RGB light right out of the box. The only solution offered by furmax was for me to disassemble the chair, carefully pack it up and ship it back to them at my cost. They told me all the ways I could be found responsible for the failure and charged in the instructions. Felt like a setup to me. The other problem was the arms are very loose despite the fasteners being tight. The problem lies in the receptacles for the fasteners, it seems they were never secured to the chair base so even if you tighten the bolts they still have lots of play, up to 2” on the one chair. Lastly they have a very cheap feel, I’m 230lbs and if I were to flop into one of these a time or two, they would surely break. Even if I pushed myself out of the chair using the arms, I feel strongly that they would snap. Despite being a disappointment on Christmas morning, I would still recommend these for small children under 10years old and under 100lbs. They look cool and light up. If they were priced at $60, I’d say they were a good value as they will look like absolute trash in a few years.

This game chair is okay for the price. It’s comfortable enough for short gaming sessions, but I wouldn’t call it super ergonomic for long hours. The design is nice, and it’s fairly easy to assemble. The materials feel a bit basic, but it works for casual use. Overall, a decent chair if you're on a budget.

I LOVE how this chair looks....very cool! The print on the instructions is a bit too small. I snapped pics and blew them up....so much easier! The only error I made was inserting the footrest incorrectly but that was an easy fix (check that BEFORE you install the chair back!). Otherwise, assembly was pretty straight-forward. Some nice features: the armrests are cushioned, the headrest is adjustable and - best of all - the lumbar support slides up and down which is GREAT. The recline locks into any position you want and the up/down adjust is super easy to operate. This chair has really helped my back already and I've only had it for a few days. I highly recommend!

Good product, it was easy to assemble, it's comfortable, and it's got a ton of setting for the lights so I can always make it look cool. The only thing i don't like is the power cords just hang off the back and dont have anywhere to strap or store them.
