I personally prefer shorts that fit right above the knee area. The shorts didn't disappoint, and are comfortable to wear. As noted by seller, the shorts don't include a liner, which I personally don't mind (not using for water.

Love these lightweight swim trunks! The material is breathable so it dries quickly! The zipper pocket lets you store cell phone/keys, etc. these provided all day beach comfort and come in many different colors!

I chose these shorts for one of my teenage boys, and he loves them! His waist is 29" and I chose the size medium in idnight for him. The shorts fit him perfectly, and the drawstring keeps the shorts on his body when wet. The waistband is comfortable, and the length is a couple of inches above his knees.The fabric is gentle on the skin, and he likes that these don't have a liner that rides up. The material is quick to dry, and lightweight.These swim sorts have great workmanship, and I found no flaws upon initial examination and after launderings. The Midnight color is as expected, a nice deep teal shade. I know these are supposed to be for swimming, but they are so nice looking and comfortable that I've been wearing them around the house and for the gym. They are lightweight and very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. These shorts have both regular pockets and zipper pockets that work well for keeping your personal items close at hand. My favorite part of these is the color; it's an understated steel blue that just looks great.

I ordered these trunks because I like the compression liners inside of trunks. Now, these shorts were great and fit true to size. The material was well made, comfortable, and the color was a perfect match. I think these are a good value for your money. I'm only giving 4 stars because now the item is listed as no liner?
