These are some heavy duty steps! You don’t have to worry about them breaking or being unsteady! Can handle a lot of weight.

This No-slip Step unit is fairly sturdy though a brace (either a leg to the tongue or an arm to the trailer) would have been a far better/safer design than the included 'armrest'.Said 'armrest' really looks like an afterthought (perhaps a liability lawyers afterthought)First of all the term 'armrest' implies you should not use it to assist you up the ladder (which you definitely should not!) The torque that can be created with a lever arm that far away from a secure base is a time bomb waiting to blow off those 2 low quality bolt heads.Second, the base is drilled for the 'armrest' to be mounted on the left side of the stairs where only about 9% of the population would think to reach for it. (*note to the design team: drill two more holes and leave it up to the user)Third, The unadorned solid metal handle (painted black for good measure) is likely to reach temperatures exceeding 160 degrees after a couple hours in the sun so be prepared for second degree burns on the palm of your left hand.Ok so don't instal the 'armrest' not a deal killer, as you can use the stairs w/o it (or have it welded to your trailer proper if your design allows) But still, if you are going to build it into your design you should do it properly.My final gripe is the price. For what you're actually getting it's pricey.At $160 dollars I was expecting higher gauge steel and a more secure/locked in feeling when installed.We'll see how it handles the elements and some normal use. Updates to follow.

This is a heavy-duty boat trailer steps. Steps are big with raised ridges, so won't slip easily. Bottom base mount screw positions can be adjusted to fit different sizes. Easy to install and adjustable. Great quality and very sturdy. With discount and coupon now, so great deal.
