Black finish blends beautifully with mulch. Trimmed my 20FT pathway effortlessly. Pro tip: Use gloves when bending sharp corners.

I recently applied some mulch to my lawn as the Spring is just around the corner. So I need some lawn edgings to prevent the mulch from draining away. I found this one looks very flexible to suite any corners. It turned out that the quality was good, made of thick metal. I plan to buy one more to cover other areas of my lawn.

Purchased my first set to check out the quality in person. Ordered two more sets shortly thereafter, wasn’t able to get them installed yet because of the weather but based on the gauge thickness and design I’m confident they will do the job. They are a whole less than the similar edging my landscaper used for a different section of my lawn so I’ll be saving close to a grand when I complete my order, I need three more sections, and put them in place myself.

This edging kit worked perfectly. It came with detailed instructions including troubleshooting and even included a pair of gloves because the metal is just a little bit sharp. We used it to edge our brand new tree and it gives such a nice finished look. Super happy with it!

When ordering, the advertised width includes the built in spikes. For instance if ordering the 5 inch edging the actual width of the edging (once inserted into the ground) will be 3 inches. Plan accordingly.Overall, these are very nice, short edgings. At 3.333-ft per piece, a six pack has a total of 20-ft with a powder coat that is a pleasant shade of black. At $2.65/ft (after $10 discount), the price is better than at the local box store which sell 4-ft and 8-ft edgings. Each piece connects to the next piece via a "pin" that slides into the adjacent section. If bends are anticipated (curving border or, to go into a circle) plan carefully. When put together, curves in ONE direction will work fine but, if you try to go in the opposite direction the joints will separate without having a nice smooth curve (see picture).Overall, if you need short sections of landscape edging these are very good. However, for larger projects I would prefer longer sections which would not have so many joints which make curves more difficult.
