Purchased the chair for my son. He is a huge gamer. After a few months the chair broke. Lucky we purchased the extended warranty. The process of the warranty return was very easy and received our money back with hours via Amazon credit.

This chair is beautiful, very good quality, and the customer service is great! The chair has 1 bracket on one side, we thought it was missing one, but it isn’t! We reached out to their customer support and within a few hours they had responded and explained our mistake. Great chair!

Looks like a great chair and assembly was easy. However I go to the part where I need to connect the head rest to the bottom of the chair and I noticed a missing piece on one side so I can’t connect it. I am not able to find customer support so need to deal with annoying return process.

This chair was easy to put together and is super comfortable! Feels very sturdy also. I love the way it reclines. The aesthetics of the chair are very pleasing as well. Love this color scheme! I’m from Missouri and live in “Tiger Country!” It couldn’t be a better fit for our household. The cost of the chair is extremely reasonable. I really can’t say enough good things about the chair. Buy it! You won’t regret it.

I love how quick and easy it was to assemble this chair! (About 30 mins) It looks exactly like the picture. Its also very comfortable and has great range of motion in all aspects (the arms- raise/lower and turn. The reclining feature and height adjustments.) It was also packaged very nicely! Without Styrofoam!Would love to buy this again for my spouse!
