package has two right side frames and no left side, therefore drawers will not slide through

The drawers are ridiculously difficult to open and close. You should buy another file cabinet that has drawers that easily slide open and close like almost all file cabinets do. After assemby with the drawers empty I could slide them open and close without a fight. But once I just 1/4 filled each drawer with file folders, I have to use 2 arms to pull the drawers open and to push them closed --- this is while my feet squeeze and hold the cabinet still, otherwise it rolls and I cannot open or close it using 2 arms at all.

What good is the product if file folders don't fit properly? The metal file holders are not high enough to keep the folders from dragging on the bottom and falling off the track. Now what? Disassemble the whole damn thing to return it?? Ugh!

This file drawer looks better than it actually functions. The hanging files I purchased are too long for the cabinet, so they drag along the bottom more than they hang. The thin piece of metal the hanging folders attach to must constantly be adjusted so the files don’t fall off. If you need something cheap and quick just to temporarily hold your files this is acceptable. The gold cabinet opener came bent, it wasn’t fitting so I had to unbend it to make it usable.
