The cart is easy to assemble. Works well in the flower beds for user with bad knees. Little difficult to steer, but it is an easy work around.

I had a similar one that I wore out. I like this one better but I wanted a longer handle. It is hard to move around the yard with such a short handle.

Loved the tires, seems sturdy. Not thrilled with the directions. I think we put it together correctly. Was a bit confused putting together the steering arm, but it works so it is OK.It was a gift, and the recipient loved it.

Recently suffered a serious ankle injury to both ankles. Bought this because I have no idea how long it will be until I can walk normally again. This little beauty saved me. I can put around the garden without leaving my seat. Like everything that arrives in pieces, they could have put actual instructions in the package, or an on line link to the same on the web, but alas, they did not. After struggling with it for awhile, I got it together close enough to what I believe was envisioned. Other than that, it's a solid and reliable piece of equipment.

My box arrived damaged, but item appeared to be intact. The assembly instructions were incomplete; only showing one step and a confusing diagram. I tried to call the number given and was immediately redirected to email which was not replied to quickly. There are no directions on the "adjustability" options. Thus my comment that customer service leaves much to be desired. I ended up having to have a friend assemble it, but he said it went together well. Unfortunately, after puttig it through its paces, I learned the part damaged in shipping meant the seat wobbles, making the seat unsafe at the higher end of weight limit where I am. It would be nice if there were a way to haul it from one spot to another, like a strap, if you have to go from front to back yard. My overall impression is if not damaged in shipping (still waiting on resolution from seller) it might be a decent value for the money with the caveats mentioned.
