We wanted something for starting our new garden. We also didn't want to have to rebuild the carburetor every year. We went with electric. VERY happy with this so far. Used only 2x so far, since it's just getting a little warmer now. But it went through the dirt without trouble and we got our garden tilled. We will use it again in a few weeks again just before we plant, but this tiller does the job, and we are going to keep it indoors when not in use, so hopefully we have many years of use ahead of us.

Great little tiller, compact, well built, strong motor. Was concerned as price cheap about $100. Pleasantly suprized. Good buy.

Best tiller I ever owned, except for cutting the electric cord in half! It's easy to handle, kicks rocks out of the way instead of getting stuck. It shuts off automatically if too many weeds get tangled in the tines. I'm 63 yrs old and I can handle it with ease. I liked it so much, I bought my brother one for Christmas.

I really like this rototiller. My yard is quite rocky and this machine hasn't jammed or stopped when it hits rocks. It's powerful and I like the fact it's electric versus having to deal with oil / gas / or some combination of the two. My only "con" is I can't figure out how to raise / lower the wheels, but it doesn't affect how I use this machine. It's easy to roll from place to place and the wheels don't get in the way when using it for its intended purpose. Highly recommend.
