It's 20 spade terminals. You crimp them onto a wire and you can put it around a screw or a post. Useful for speaker wire installations on car amplifiers where ring terminals are too wide. Is any further explanation required? 4/5 would probably try and engineer a better solution and end up coming back to spade terminals again

Crimping alone won't hold, solder it, It doesn't matter if you squeeze it with a hydraulic press. This is typical of most spade connectors I've used.
