Works as advertised. I've used it three times without any issues. The pump is a bit stiff and I'm hoping it gets easier as it breaks in. You will need to tilt the holding tank towards the oil pickup tube to maintain priming for the pump as it empties. Not a significant issue. It is a bit larger than your typical oil catch pan so you'll need to allow for the extra space for storage in your garage/workshop. The paint and finish is good.

Easy to assemble, and deep for a lot of liquid. My truck holds roughly about 2.5 to 3 gallons of oil and this holds it well. The pump makes things way easier to empty when finished compared to the old style that you have to hold and carefully pour out into something else for disposal, like an old jug, then it over flows and goes everywhere, not with this pan.

I was extremely disappointed with this 20-gallon oil drain pan. The package arrived damaged, and several essential parts were missing. To make matters worse, the instructions were completely inadequate—a flimsy two-page booklet with just a few vague bullet points. Assembly was frustrating, and I had to figure out most of it on my own. Given the price, I expected better quality control and clearer instructions. Save yourself the hassle and look for a more reliable option.

Got this to drain the oil on my RV's Cummins Diesel engine. I have changed the oil before on other RVs and had to use 2 different drip pans, had to watch that the 1st one didn't overflow then switch it out, messy along with pulling large filter full of oil out. This container I was able to pull the drain plug and let it drop onto the grate. In the past, had to feel around in the oil for it. This container was long enough that I could roll it under where oil plug was and on the other side of engine, was able to remove oil filter at the same time. Not one drop on concrete. Put new filter on, replaced plug, filled up with new oil and ran engine. Now to transfer old oil to containers, just used the handsome to transfer old oil into empty containers that had new oil in them. Took containers to parts store for recycling and was done with that. Wish I had this before. Trying to pour used oil into containers previously could be messy. Would recommend this.

Welds look like my 1 year old did them- big globs in some spots and nearly burnt through the metal in others. Punp mounted on the wrong side so now it can't be turned over to pump out old oil. Directions are non-existent. Would not buy again.
