I'm still on the fence with this product after multiple days of use. Here is what I can tell you. DO NOT RUN IT OUT OF GAS or will certainly be a real pain to get started again. If it even thinks of sputtering then shut it down and refuel. Making a straight cut with the supplied chain is impossible. Now while this is likely a chain issue it did come with the chain I am using so there might be some improvement in that area. Will be trying a different chain soon

The product was dead on arrival (DOA). It did not start the first time. My prior saw from thus manufacturer died this spring after 4 years of usage.

The saw came and was easy to assemble it came along with accessible videos which after watching made it really easy to put together it assembled well I added the oil and the gas and it started right away I took it out and cut it down a few things and it worked well really good product I believe
