Pieces in the kit were not all there. We only received one battery, no case and battery charger was missing. Due to a horrible storm that hit our area, the saw was needed immediately, and when my husband came back to the house to get the charger, he found it missing. I went and checked what we were supposed to get in the box, and found we were supposed to get two batteries, charger and carrying case which were not there. Saw came in a small box. The saw was good, but after the battery wore down, it is now useless. If you order this product, please check everything before you use the saw.

This thing is a breeze to use! When my husband was Unable to take down a small diseased tree, I ordered this. WOW! This thing is GREAT! So easy to use, I’ve been using this A LOT! I’ve even cut up old 4x4’s and limbs about 4” in diameter. The batteries (there are 2), charge really fast. So happy with this purchase that I bought one as a gift for a friend.

As described. Light weight for easy handling. Cuts unbelievable. Gloves are amazingly comfortable and a perfect fit. Safety glasses are a great bonus. For use on small branches and wood work for crafts. Great price for the quality.

Great little saw. Using it to cut up limbs and small logs for camp firewood. Wish I had gotten one with a second battery, but still works for our needs. About the time the battery runs out, it heats up and needs a little break anyway. Wish the battery charged just a little faster.
