Everything fit the truck well but it's not the same quality as OEM. The wall thickness of the idler pullies is about half of the original ones. The tensioner doesn't have the same sort of locking mechanism as the original it just has a pin making it much harder to change the belt in the future.

pain to install and once i had it on belt set perfectly the tensioner wasnt able to move enough to get the belt onto the alternator. Eventually i pulled the alternator off and forced it on. truck started ran great and quiet. went for test drive and within 2 miles the tensioner locked up and the belt shredded. piece of tensioner and belt all over the highway. I will never buy a gates producat again, for many years I considered them high quality but this one has shown me ho wmuch they have cheaped out!

The Amazon app says that this won't fit my 2003 Superduty 6.0 but they were wrong. It does fit, it fit perfectly. The only small problem that I had was that the smooth idler pulley was out of line by about an 1/8th to a 1/16th of an inch. It was an easy fix, just had to press the pulley onto the bearing by that much and now everything is lined up perfectly. No big problem. Overall very pleased with this purchase and would definitely buy again.

No complaints at all for the belt, it’s great.The tensioner doesn’t have any kind of lock to keep it in place during belt installation. Worse than that, the bearings on the tensioner pulleys had a lot of play in them. I ended up pulling this one back off and reinstalling my old motocraft tensioner because it had better tolerance on the pulley bearings even though it was old.

Gates website said it would fit my f250 6.0 2004. But it really didn’t, had a squeal above 2800 rpm. I had to use spacers
