Gates web site matched my 92 Dodge Dakota ( V8 with AC ) V.I.N. number with this belt. It just fit with tensioner FULLY retracted. Route the belt leaving a smooth pulley for last, then slide the belt on it and release the tensioner. Helps to crank test belt before letting the engine start up. Very happy, previous belt was one size bigger.

I just replaced the belt on my 98 Dakota after about three years. The belt I replaced was also a Gates and showed very little wear. The only reason I replaced it was because I was doing a major tune up. These are very well made belts. The price was also cheaper than the local auto parts stores.
