I have mixed feelings while I didnt pay attention that this was refurbished or a notebook size laptop. I am happy that it's touch screen . Although Im not sure it folds back like the picture to use as a tablet . Maybe it does but as I pushed it to fold it . I felt a little resistance so naturally I stopped . It does this these weird things now and I have to stop and restart the whole thing.Also have to restart it a lot if the screen times out because sometimes the Wifi cuts itself off and the button disappears until I restart it . 🙃

If you need the bare minimum laptop, this is it. Bought this specifically to run Shopify and ShipStation on Chrome. All I do with it is pack and ship orders and print the shipping labels. Over and over. It works perfectly. Wouldn’t trust it to do much more than run a few chrome tabs. But the battery lasts forever. Just bought another one to make another packing and shipping station.

Just got this today. Bought and loaded Word, since I’m using this for field work to fill out forms on the go. It’s perfect sized and the word dox load just fine.Obviously, this isn’t going to be lightning speed with it’s small processor but it works as suspected. I’m also pleased with the touch screen!!! I’ll also be using this to email the forms when I get back to the office, and the internet works just fine. No problems with Windows as previously mentioned by another buyer. This is a great buy!

This item is not supported buy gateway it is considered to be a third party item,what that means is gateway do not support the computer software in general.also the windows 11 that came as a bonus upgrade is basically useless no start menu items a lot of the basic functionality is missing do to the fact the computer was built for a order OS, and windows 11 is not fully compatible with this laptop. it loads up fine but is not compatible a lot of core functionality is missing cause windows 11 is not meant to be on this system hence the reason GATEWAY provides zero support for the system. The only way to restore its full functionality you would have to buy a home or professional edition of windows 10 at the tune of 300 bucks pr cut corners and get a license for a downloadable free version. but windows 11 does not belong on this laptop and there is no way to get the support software from gateway to restore it back hence why I said GATEWAY DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LAPTOPUpdate 11/26/23 great news a update was pushed out that has brought this system running windows 11 up to date. So far so good

I don’t have any dislikes as of yet. It’s a small portable laptop. I run iTunes, Microsoft Edge, FileZilla, and browse FB with little lag. For a $145 refurb that’s in new condition I couldn’t be any happier. The touch screen makes this a must have, it’s super responsive and the screen is very nice and bright. If you need to do office work or school work on the go this will not let you down.

recieved it in less than 3 days. was surprised at that. ETA was 5 to 7 days.pakaging was a little slack, was not heled in place too well. but all in all it seemd to be intact.ran all available updates. removed several apps. only need for 3D printing. and some web surfing.very fast at startup. loads programs no crash so far.was able to upgrade to win11 after about a week or 2. no problems so far.

I bought this nice looking refurbished laptop as a gift and had it for some time before giving it to my some for school only to now looking to throw out this piece of junk because of how it constantly freeze, block out or at times dies not respond. Now the laptop won't connect to the internet for some reason. I've tried everything to get it to connect and the window to return it has passed. Update 03/08/2024 cleaning my house and came up on this junk, what a waste of money. I'm putting this in the garbage.
