Universal-ish... Had to return because my Monoprice 600800 large diaphragm condenser wouldn't fit, just barely. These mics are allegedly manufactured at the same factory as MXL mics, so I suspect MXL owners have a similar experience.Looks to be a solid mic clip, Gator is usually a reliable brand. Double check your microphone specs if you've got a large diaphragm mic, otherwise you should be in good shape!

Of course this thing breaks just after the return period and I'm stuck throwing out a $40 thing or super gluing it back togother. Good concept, poor manufacturing.

I ordered this Gator Frameworks universal shockmount for my Earthworks Ethos Microphone on April 4, 2022. This is where my mic has been sitting for a little over a year. I noticed in the past month that my mic has been sitting a little lower than usual but I didn't think too much about it, that is, until this morning when I noticed that my mic was hanging by a little thread on both ends of the plastic shock absorber. I hope that this is just a fluke in the manufacturing of this particular item because gravity should not be able to tear it apart.

Product uses a cheap rubber shock mount that broke within the first week of very, very, very light duty use. I'm not moving this microphone much at all. I am not a professional pod caster/streamer. See picture where it sheared. The mount design in itself is great, but I can't see this holding up to any serious use. Gator Frameworks needs to do some serious quality control to fix their plastic/rubber quality at the manufacturer level.DO NOT BUY!

Very nicely constructed shock mount. Works very well with my Electro-Voice RE20. Have an O.C. White desk-mounted microphone arm which is great but transmits every bit of vibration from the table to the microphone. This shock mount completely eliminated the problem -- and it looks good to boot. Is it pricey? Yes, but to me it's worth it.
