2. this one is for lever-less models that are pressed directly by the thermostat unit.
3. the choke-lever auto choke (manual choke) is normally open;
this less-lever auto choke is normally closed
4. check your old one before buying to confirm it is the exact carburetor you need

This carburetor replacement was a perfect fit. Replaced it and the spark plug and the engine started first try. Didn't have to make any adjustments as it functioned perfectly.

Edited. It's normally closed but automatic choke. It took a few extra pulls to start initially because the lines were replaced. The next cut it started first pull as it always has.
