Super clear picture and audio recording. Weather resistant. I’m in Florida. It’s very hot and we get a lot of rain. So far so good!! The battery doesn’t last too long before recharging. That’s the only downfall for me. Having to climb up and down every few days to charge it up. I bought two.

Charge doesn’t last long, convenient removing and recharging. The second camera won’t even connect to our network.

CrapThe only way you can have continous recording is to buy and sd card and what they don't tell you is that it has to have a fat32 format which you have to use a laptop to to and on top of that you have to also have a cloud subscription that cost 12 dollars per camera I have had other indoor cameras of this brand and have free recording full time with just a sd card this bs I WILL BE SENDING THEM BACK NOT WORTH THE TRUBLE !!!!!!

Worth it. Good picture quality, even at night. Motion activated pictures. Works good in all weather. Long battery life.

These cameras are highly disappointing. We purchased 9 of them, 7 directly from geeni and two on Amazon. The max charge any of them hold is for 5 days. 5 days is with the monitoring turned to low or even off on some of them. If you have the monitoring turned to medium or high you have a max charge of 2 days.Picture quality is decent and comparable to some other brands. The time it takes to establish a secure connection is anywhere from 10-45 seconds per camera which is unnerving if you’re trying to see what the noise outside is.Our entire house is set up with geeni products so these were a big letdown.

I'm writing this review to share my positive experience with GEENI products. I have been using GEENI outdoor and indoor cameras for the past five years, and in my opinion, they offer a superior home security solution compared to other brands I've tried, including RING. You can purchase wired GEENI cameras or wireless. I use both wired & wireless cameras around my home. Before GEENI, I used ADT security services, which were incredibly expensive and required professional installation and reinstallation with every move. GEENI cameras, however, are incredibly portable. I can easily pack them up and reinstall them in my new home without any hassle. During my five years of use, I haven't experienced any issues with video quality, connectivity, or app functionality. I previously used the GEENI weighting scale, which I found incredibly helpful for tracking my health and fitness goals.I'm now preparing for the arrival of my new puppy and have purchased the GEENI water bowl, food bowl, and puppy camera. I'm particularly excited about the puppy camera's features, such as [mention specific features, e.g., two-way audio, night vision, and remote treats]. There is one item I have in my shopping cart & it is the GEENI doorbell camera. I wish it was wireless but I believe they only made the wired.I highly recommend GEENI products to anyone seeking a reliable and affordable home security solution. You won't be disappointed.

Great products. I use them as a separate monitoring system for my camper.

I love Geeni products but was saddened by this one. It will not stay connected to my wifi and I have a lot of experience with wifi and tech. It does have night vision which I previously reported it did not. It needs to be turned on in the settings. The camera 'box' itself is too loose on its swivel point - the end that actually screws into the back of the camera box. I added a drop of loktight to secure it and it overflowed on the piece that screws to the base, which is attached to a fixed post. It seemed to 'eat' the plastic and that part split and broke. Now my only choice is to try to attach the camera with zip ties which will limit the ability to face it in the direction I'd like. Because of all these trials, I haven't yet had the camera outside in the rain. Once I actually get it set up, I really feel there will be a need to apply a putty like substance where the cable leaves the solar panel and where the cable plugs into the camera. With our hight winds and snow in any storms there isn't a chance that water will not seep inside these joints. I can revisit and comment on that later. I have much success with the rechargeable cameras that stick magnetically and they stay outside in very severe weather conditions. I wish it was possible to replace the battery in them once they are several years old as they will not charge anymore.Updated Dec. 2024. Months after having this camera outside I finally decided to bring it back inside and see if I could troubleshoot. It hasn't worked since I placed it outside shortly after purchasing but I kept the solar panel attached to maintain battery life. The battery does not work, it will not charge inside, connected to an outlet. It obviously will not reset nor power on for any length of time. When first plugged in to charge the red light comes on and lasts about 10 minutes. The solar panel leaked water from inside. My Geenie cameras have always worked great but this one has be a total problem. It's going in the garbage and I do not recommend this camera.

I charged these and set them up. If the Internet went down, you had to delete them and re-add them. Small inconvenience. But then, the charge on them went very quickly when it said 3 to 6 months. I’ve recharged them several times, tried to go through the set up procedure, and will not read the QR code from my phone. Getting assistance from the company has been futile. I was waiting until this morning for a callback to make this review. I signed up for one on their website, and they never called. They are very aware of the problems that I’m having with this camera because I put in a support ticket. I wasted $100 on these cameras.UPDATE: I contacted them, they asked for a video of the cameras not working. It was submitted. So were the serial and model numbers. I have heard NOTHING from this company. DO NOT BUY THESE CAMERAS. They don't work, cannot keep a charge, and the company does not help you at all when they fail.

We are happy with the fact that we don’t have to plug the camera in to charge it. It gives us a very clear picture.

I wanted something economical but with certain features before jumping to a larger brand like nest or blink. So far, it's been really good for what I wanted. The mount could maybe be a little better. It feels a bit flimsy if you have to adjust it often. Battery isn't bad if it isn't in a high traffic area. I had to make sure a sidewalk in front of the house wasn't in frame, for instance. Which was on with what I needed.

I kinda wish I could set up sound detection as well on here since it’s inside a shed. I would like to know they’re breaking in before the door opens. Otherwise it’s good. Before I got the panel up I used it for 4 days and the battery was still showing 100% so that’s good

We already own 4 camera from Geeni. 2 outdoor and 2 indoor. They work very well and have very similar settings/configuration. We were happy to find these Battery operated camera so we could add some camera in places outside that weren't close to an outlet.Packaging was good. When we opened the package we noticed it only came with 1 USB-C cable to charge and 1 set of screw to attach the camera to wall. This is a 2 pack so I assumed it would come with 2 set of hardware. The package was sealed so I contacted Geeni..... It seem they only put 1 set of hardware.... Strange... Instructions to assemble are clear and it's really easy. The setup/pairing was easy like any other of their devices. But right after I set it up I noticed the selection of options/features weren't the same as the instructions. Also the camera seem to always be on standby until it detects movement or if you have the Geeni app opened on that camera. For the motion detection there's the regular 3 settings (low, medium, high) but that's it. You cannot choose an area or set a time of day to detect. You also cannot set a recording schedule. I do not understand why it's lacking so many features compare to 2 other older models that I'm already using outside (Hawk 2 HD and Floodlight camera).I installed the camera on our garage and had a pretty good view of the whole driveway. Since it was on at the time it would create short clips of myself installing it. After I was do I did some testing about 10 feet away and for some reason it wasn't detecting my movement. I then took our car out of the garage and went out the driveway and back. Looking back at our video it only recorded about 5 seconds of my leaving with the car. So far I'm not impressed.I left the camera on for 24 hours. It never detected when I took out the trash or brought my son to school the next morning. The next morning when I opened the camera it wouldn't connect to it anymore. I had noticed that it took so long to connect to it compare to my other camera that are placed even further away. The night vision was working ok except in the morning when I checked the camera I I could barely see outside. I opened our other other camera and the night vision was clear.Anyway I'm not impressed at all. It's slow to load and fail to connect most of the time, doesn't detect anything unless you are a few feet away and lacks features/settings that would be very useful to have (set schedule etc..)It might be different for other people but I will be returning them. The 2 other camera I have (hawk 2 HD and floodlight) still work great and their detection range are very good compare to this model so I will look to find one of those instead.
